Hello, friend.

We are grateful for whatever led you to this website, but it is with mixed, complex emotions we share that the journey of The Oaks Church as a community of faith in Denver has come to an end.

The emotions are mixed because we are full of joy and gratitude for the many ways God has used our church over our years of life together, we pray, to help people enjoy Jesus and live for the joy of others. Yet we also grieve with sadness and loss that we have discerned that the wisest course forward for us is to close this chapter and guide one another into the many other faithful churches in our city, as we all continue to live in God’s good, true, and beautiful Kingdom here as neighbors following the way of Jesus in this neighborhood we continue to love so much.

Prayers and blessings to you wherever you may find yourself on your journey. The good news we deeply believe and hold to is that life with God is made available to all of us as a free gift of grace given to us in the life, death, resurrection, and reign of Jesus to make all things new, even us. We invite you to turn from anything less and trust with your entire life that this is—He— is true.

Christ has died! Christ has risen! Christ will come again! Amen.
